Before you call the plumber there are a few steps you can try yourself to fix a leaking hose under your sink.
Kitchen sink pull out faucet hose leak.
A leak in the hose or a misconnected coupling could be the source of dripping water.
Use an adjustable wrench to loosen the retaining nut and disconnect the two.

Pull out the faucet spray wand from the spout and unscrew it from the chrome pullout hose.
For a two handle or single control faucets with a sidespray pull down on the sidespray hose and make sure the diverter connection will not disconnect and is secured tight.
Push the connector up towards the underside of the sink as if you re installing it next pinch the two.
If the connections are tight and water is still leaking you may need a new hose.
Disconnect from faucet head.

Turn on the faucet and allow any residual water in the pipes to drain into the sink.
The pull out kitchen faucet will be connected to the faucet stem underneath the sink.
With the use of the slip joint pliers remove the hose from the faucet head.
Most leaks that develop in pull out faucets occur in the connections at either end of the hose.
With this issue you might experience water leaking from where the sprayhead and pull out hose connect or water running down the pull out hose under the sink.
